Terms of Service

Welcome to Hirday. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with any services or products offered by Hirday.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or participating in any services, programs, or digital products offered by Hirday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website or any services.

02. Services Provided

Hirday offers coaching, facilitation, workshops and other services designed to support personal and professional growth. Services may be delivered online, in-person, or through digital products. Each service or program is customized to meet the unique needs of individuals and groups.

03. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for actively participating in their sessions or programs and adhering to the commitments made with Hirday. The full engagement and commitment of clients are expected to facilitate the best possible outcomes.

04. Confidentiality

All information shared within sessions is kept confidential in line with ethical guidelines. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent unless required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

05. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment plans, where applicable, will be established in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

06. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Notice
Clients are required to provide at least 15 days’ written notice if they need to cancel or reschedule services. This allows for clarity and thoughtful closure to the engagement. Similarly, Hirday will provide the same notice if there is a need to reschedule or cancel.

Refund Policy
A full refund is not available for any cancelled engagements. However, a partial refund may be discussed based on the number of unused sessions and a mutual agreement.

Services already rendered, such as completed sessions, assessments, or any materials provided, are non-refundable. The remaining unused sessions will be considered when determining any partial refunds.

07. Termination of Services

The coaching relationship may be terminated by either party by providing at least 15 days' notice in writing. In such cases, a "completion" meeting/call will be scheduled to provide closure to the engagement. If at any point the coach or client feels the relationship is no longer beneficial, this will be discussed, and an appropriate way forward will be agreed upon.

08. Limitation of Liability

While Hirday is committed to supporting clients in their growth and transformation, clients are ultimately responsible for their own progress and decisions. Hirday does not guarantee specific outcomes and will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

09. Intellectual Property

All content, materials and digital products provided by Hirday, including program structures, frameworks and session materials, are protected by copyright laws and are the intellectual property of Hirday. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

10. Shipping and Returns

Shipping
At this time, Hirday does not offer or ship any physical products. All products and services are delivered digitally or through sessions and workshops. Therefore, there are no shipping fees or physical delivery timelines associated with the services provided.

Digital Delivery
Digital products, if offered, will be delivered electronically via email or through secure online platforms. Once the digital product has been delivered, no physical shipping or returns are required.

Returns
As there are no physical goods sold or shipped, there is no return policy for physical products. For digital products or services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the service has commenced, unless otherwise specified in the product or service description.

11. Changes to Terms

Hirday reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the website or services after any modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
